Heather Scott

Dr. Heather Scott is a globally minded educator empowering students to discover their leadership potential and identity while making an impact on the world through service. Dr. Scott has directed study abroad and global education programs in Rome and Montepulciano Italy at Kennesaw State University, Ghana, West Africa and the Sea Islands (South Carolina-Gullah-Geechee Community) via the Agnes Scott College Journeys program, and Paris, France and Athens, Greece via the AGILE Scholars Program.

Seneca Vaught

Dr. Seneca Vaught is a global educator and community-engaged scholar. He participated as a co-director in a Peru Study Abroad program in May 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 and co-directed a virtual Ecuador Study Abroad program in 2021 and Ecuador Filmmaking and Community Engagement program in 2022. His teaching and research specializations focus on global intersections of race, culture, and policy. He has directed study abroad travel with students to more than 12 countries in Europe, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean. He traveled with students in 2019 as part of the Semester at Sea program and is co-editor of Historically Underrepresented Faculty and Students in Education Abroad: Wandering Where We Belong.
